• 2/12/2024  A Board meeting on March 12th 7 pm in the Heritage Room and a Presentation/Question and Answer meeting with the new Lawn Maintenance company Alexander's on March 14th 7 pm in the Florida room. 

• 4/12/2023 Reminder: South Hillsborough County has a watering restriction. Irrigation systems are only to be run once a week on the day permitted for the address and only between midnight and 8 am and from 6pm to midnight. 

• 8/21/2023 Next Meetings scheduled: A Board meeting on September 19th in the Caper Room and the Annual Membership Meeting on November 14th in the Heritage Room. Both of these meetings will be held at 7:00pm instead of 9:00am to enable those still working to attend.
